Grab the attention of younger generations

Hello, Museum!
Once a month, we invite the little ones, from age 4 to 6 years of age, and their accompanying adults, to the museum for a 60-minute program full of fun. Step by step, the children get to know the museum inside and out. We hope the younger generation will embrace art as an integral part of their lives, and one day will become art-loving repeat visitors.

Saturday Pick
Taking advantage of free admission for families on the third Saturday of every month, we offer a 1.5 hour program for the children, from age 6 to 12 years of age. We talk about one work of art at a time and end each session with art activities.

Fine Art Families
We organize one major event per season for families. The 3-hour thematic event includes guided tours for children and adults, art activities, as well as interactive games.

Museum Holiday
A visit to the museum during school holidays is not a school like experience, yet it is educational. We offer 60-minute interactive guided tours introducing pupils to museum collections.

Cool Museum
The Cool Museum events take place in the summer, when it’s cool inside the museum walls, while often sweltering outside.

Summer Camp
The summer camp is a supervised program for children conducted during the summer vacation. Our campers spend a week (from Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) in the museum doing a lot of art related activities, including gallery walks and talks, as well as hands on sessions.

Family Adventure Kit
We’re very proud of our little travelling suitcases designed specifically to provide many adventures for children. It is a pleasure to look at the wooden boxes with lots of compartments and many colorful surprises. There are several themes of museum discovery available, some in English. Enjoy the ride!

Drawing Competition
Once every year in the spring an online drawing and painting contest is organized for kids from 6 to 18 years of age. The awards ceremony takes place at the museum, and all participants are invited to join.
