The fragmentary stele, which takes the form of a sanctuary (naiskos), shows three figures. The deceased is identified by the inscription above her head: Phrasikleia. She sits on a backless chair, her feet resting on a stool. Her finely draped mantle is pulled over her head, which indicates that she was married. A maidservant stands opposite her, wearing a typical, long-sleeved chiton and holding an open jewellery box. The relief thus also shows the wealth of Phrasikleia. Between them, there is a child turning towards the seated woman and leaning against her knees, perhaps the daughter of the deceased.
