Signed on the altar with monogram ‘LD’, inscribed ‘Hic et talibus… monumentis oli ornata fuit itta M Antony ubiq memorata columna ex qua hoec quceuides expressa sunt cetera uisurus nisi ob eiusdem columnae incedium desiderantur’, with publisher’s address and date: ‘Anton. Lafreri formis Romae MDLXV’, and numbered 74 and 75 in bottom corners
