Péter Lábody

Péter Lábody is Vice President of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, responsible for legal and international matters. Prior to his appointment, he led the Office’s copyright department for seven years. Since 2019, he has been a researcher at the National University of Public Service Information Society Research Institute. Before joining the Intellectual Property Office, Lábody worked at the Ministry of Justice and in various law firms. Since 2019, he has been serving as the Vice Chair of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
